Need to give yourself an edge to start off the game better? During the TUTORIAL, towards the sides of the game-play area, you should see 'black-boxes' forming a border around the play area. If you click your mouse over these boxes, it won't cause you to use your "infection attack" or even your "grenade attack". So, keep clicking here until you see Rambo appear in the game-play area. The moment he does, use your "infection attack," and then right after that, use your "grenade attack" to kill Rambo. You'll get 30,000coins just just like that!
